We had a wonderful experience here! Kat was so great to work with. I had an idea going in what I was looking for but she helped refine it and made the whole experience so much fun. Safety measures were taken with COVID protocols which made us feel safe, but didn't ruin any of the special day. With Kat's help I found my dream dress and I can't wait to wear it. I would highly recommend this store if you want a professional, fun shopping experience from start to finish.

The entire staff couldn't be more professional & personable. Kat was my consultant, and she was sooo sweet; she made me feel so good about myself. My family was even being pretty rude & controlling and they remained so nice & professional. Melissa is INCREDIBLE. She communicated updates on my dress with me and talked me through when everything should be done including alterations. I trust them completely and everything showed up on time EVEN DURING COVID19. They really had me not stressing at all and made planning a wedding during weary times so easy. Melissa just worked with me and even squeezed me in to pick up my dress when they literally JUST WERE UNPACKING It. I loved working with them and would highly recommend to anyone!

I had been looking at 3 other places and deciding between two dresses when I came to Bella it was my last stop. The dress I wanted was very specific so the options were a little limited, and I was having a hard time finding that in my price range. I was getting discouraged when Annie picked out 1 single dress for me to try on that was closest to what I wanted. I gave it a try, and some kind of magic happened. I fell in love with the dress! My best advice is to give a dress a try even if you don’t think you would like it. So thankful Annie encouraged me to try it on, and now I have the dress of my dreams. The reason I gave 4 star and not 5 was because I was hoping there would be more options in my price range. But luckily they had a trunk show that weekend so that really helped open up more options. Thank you guys !!

This was the first store I went to when looking for my wedding dress. I tried on so many beautiful gowns but did not end up finding 'the one' that day. Although I did not end up finding my dress here, I did come back when it came time to get my veil, headpiece and fabric that I was going to add to my dress like lace and appliqués, as they carry the same designer house that I did end up purchasing. We also purchased the bridesmaid's dresses from Bella Bridal. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences with them and would continue to shop here if it were not just a special occasion shop 😂 Shauna and the team are a pleasure to work with.

I couldn't have had a better experience at Bella Bridal Couture!! Annie, my consultant, was incredible. Such a fun, down-to-earth, helpful, and caring consultant--seriously such a blast to work with. During almost my entire appointment, I had the sole attention, care, and doting of not only Annie, but also the manager and owner of this wonderful store. The Bella team paid attention to what I was looking for and even were responsible for picking out the dress I said yes to! But it gets better...the dress was super low in my price range and the veil Annie picked out matched perfectly and was very affordable. The grand finale of my satisfaction with my experience at Bella Bridal was that I left with way more than I came in expecting to get and it was all wrapped neatly under my budget. The customer service was 11/10 and I will be back here in all of my fondest fairytale dreams. ✨ Although the store was definitely on the smaller side, don't let it fool you! There are many dresses to choose from and even if you don't find one you absolutely adore in every way (which is highly unlikely!) the staff alone will make you feel like a princess and make you wish you were staying all day long. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my morning with the team at Bella Bridal Couture! 💞
