I found the one here! Let me say I had the most amazing experience here. This journey was tough as I lost my mom recently and picking a dress without her seemed impossible. This was my 3rd appointment and I had found some nice dresses before but nothing was the one. When I entered Bella Bridal, Sarah, greeted me with a great smile. She studied my interview before coming in; looked up my venue, knew what I was looking for, and really made my family feel right at home, as well as me. The entire appointment she was interactive with my family and me, keeping in mind my date, my venue look, my wants/needs/dislikes. During the appointment, Sarah and I talked about things in common and she mentioned to me, “I feel that I get paired with specific brides for a reason”, And I completely agree. I will bring it back to my momma who’s passed. Sarah asked me about her in a respectful manner, we shared and connected. Something I didn’t tell Sarah this, but Sarah wore Mickey Mouse earrings when I went in and my mom loved Disney, was even a Disney employee at one point. Seeing those earrings, I thought of my mom. Then Sarah explained she had a fairy tattoo for her mom, my mom’s favorite character was Tinkerbell. That’s when I knew Sarah was there with me for a reason and that reason was to help me see my mom was with me during this special moment. Sarah pulled the “one” and I had my eye on it but wasn’t too sure because it was strapless; something I wanted to avoid because I have a large chest. But it was PERFECT, obviously because it was the one, and Sarah informed me of alterations that can be done to help with the strapless situation. I unfortunately couldn’t say yes that day because my future mother in law wasn’t present and it was important she was there. Also, I was scheduled to try on this dress I’d been looking the next day. Sarah joked that we’d be back for the dress I’d just try on. We went to the other store the next day and I couldn’t get that dress at Bella Bridal off my mind and I honestly couldn’t get the service I’d received at Bella Bridal off my mind. We went back to Bella Bridal after that appointment and before even getting to the door, Sarah greeted us with the most warm and inviting welcome back. She had the “one” ready in the dressing room and since my mother in law was present, I felt I could definitely say yes, which I did through happy tears. Also something I completely appreciated was that Bella Bridal had larger sizes for me to try on, they didn’t have just smaller sizes like another place I went to had. In addition, when I said yes, other ladies who worked there came to celebrate with us. It was the BEST experience out of all the places I went to and will never forget how special it felt. Thank you again Sarah and Bella Bridal Couture!

Found the one here! This was the 7th dress store I went to and I'm so relieved to have found my dress! My stylist Ashley was so supportive and sweet, it made the appointment really easy and fun. A lot of the other workers would also comment on how beautiful the dress looked on me and also made other suggestions for my second dress and veil. Overall, a really great experience, highly recommend!!!!

I had the best experience with Tonya, Jay, and their manager Melissa. They were so kind and really cared about wanting to find my perfect dress. While I ended up not purchasing a dress from Bella Bridal, they went above and BEYOND to help me. I was so appreciative of their patience and understanding. Great staff.

I had the best time finding my dress here. Sarah was my consultant and she was simply amazing. She was so attentive and listened to everything I liked and disliked. She helped me find a dress that made me feel beautiful and like the bride I wanted to be! I only tried on a few dresses because she only put me in what I wanted and by the 4th dress I had found the one. I am so happy with my experience and so thankful to her for making me feel beautiful when I don’t always see myself that way. I would totally recommend this place and her to anyone!!
