Sarah was AMAZING. This was my first time trying on gowns and I had no idea what to expect. She made the process so simple and easy for my mom and I. When I gave her ideas and feedback about what I did and didn't like about dresses, she knew what to try next. Dress #5 was THE one and she made the process of saying "yes" so easy. Although I did get a dress from a different shop this place has everything! Literally any style of dress in a very great range of price and color. Felt like one of the more bridal experiences I have had versus other shops. I cannot singe Taylor’s praises enough. Thank yall!

My experience at Bella Bridal Couture was beyond amazing! Sarah was the woman who assisted me and she had the best attitude and is perfect at her job. She made me feel so important/gushed over, listened to all of my wants/needs, and respected my budget. She gave honest feedback which I very much valued and helped me say yes to my dress. I cannot express how wonderful she was as well as the dress choices in the store. I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone looking for their wedding dress.

Had a great experience at Bella ~ Melissa was great and very helpful in showing me fabulous gowns that I could buy off the rack and have altered since I was buying a dress only 8 weeks from wedding day. This dress shop was significantly better than any others I visited (a total of 7 stores!). All the ladies were so good about listening to my comments and proposing suggestions. They were fantastic at pulling dresses that I had yet to see or notice that were spot on with what I was looking for. Even though I was assigned to one stylist, I felt like every other stylist there was helping out. It was a genuine group effort. Sara, who was my stylist, was a true professional. She got me in and out of dresses faster than I realized and was the first stylist out of all the dress shops to pin the front so I could see the back of the dress. She was super efficient, and it made the appointment go so smoothly. However, I only ranked 4 stars because they encouraged me to get a custom dress, a mash-up of two dresses, which turned out terrible. When the dress finally came in, it fit horribly, and I couldn't even find a seamstress who could alter it properly. I ended up having to take seam rippers to it myself! Ultimately, the dress was beautiful, but it wasn't worth the stress. I encourage any bride only to buy something off the rack and not go the custom route, and I suggest the workers at Bella Bridal not offer this as an option to anyone else.

I could not have asked for a better experience looking for a wedding dress than Bella Bridal! Everyone was so nice and helpful, but especially Taylor. She was very knowledgeable and made me (and my mom + 2 friends) feel very comfortable. It was such a fun experience! They had a wide variety of dresses and price ranges to choose from, and there was zero pressure on anyone’s part to make a sale or make you spend outside of your budget. I could not recommend Bella Bridal more! This is the only shop I visited and happy to say that I said yes to my dress thanks to Taylor and everyone else’s help and excellent service!
