Okay ladies! I want to shout it from the rooftops, but this shop is hands down the best bridal shop I have ever been to!!! This was my third stop trying on bridesmaid dresses back in may of 2021 and my experience here was amazing the dress choices are beautiful and I cannot wait to wear my dress is 30 days! Fast forward to my most recent experience. I referred a friend here who is getting married in October 2022. She had a horrible experience her first time trying on dresses and was hopeful she would have a better experience at this shop. From the second we walked into the door, Jay was so helpful and knowledgeable on all the dress types and kept in mind we were working with a budget. My gf was glowing the entire time she tried on every dress. Jay really helped us visualize what the custom dress would look like by pulling other materials and showing us. She spent 2 hours helping us out and we are so thankful. When it came time to customize the dress, Shauna thoroughly explained all the changes we would make, timing and costing. All in all I would refer every friend here hands down. Thank you Bella for making the most fun part of wedding planning FUN!!

Bella Bridal Couture was the first place that I went to look for wedding dresses after I got engaged. I had just randomly found the store online and decided to try it. I was a little stressed/scared to try on dresses for the first time, but when my mom, sister, and one of my bridesmaids came in, we were greeted by Anastasia who seemed super sweet, offered us champagne, and explained the whole process to us. We were able to search for dresses throughout the store while she also asked me questions, looked at my wedding dress style pictures that I had saved, and chose additional dresses for me to try on. It was very fun because we all got to pick out different style dresses for me to try on. She made me feel very comfortable as we chatted in the dressing room as I tried on dresses. She walked me out each time to show my group the dress and laid out the trains and explained any possible alterations. She was never pushy and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. All the dresses at the shop were beautiful! My favorite dress was one that Anastasia chose. At the end of the appointment, I needed to think more about what I wanted so Anastasia gave me her card and helped set up another appointment in case I wanted to come back. We all left very excited and happy! I ended up going to 2 other bridal shops to look at dresses and I realized how special Bella Bridal Couture and Anastasia were. They actually cared about their clients and wanted to make sure the experience was fun and relaxing. Other places had many beautiful dresses but their “personalized appointments” consisted of me going in and either picking a few dresses to try or them picking the dresses for me and then they would rush me in and out of the dressing room. They would also not even help fluff out the dress trains for pictures or even just for looking in the mirror. I ended up being very grateful that Bella Bridal Couture was my first place that I experienced. I ended up going back there and said YES to that dress I loved that Anastasia had picked out! Thanks Anastasia for making the whole process amazing!

I ran into a pinch with no wedding dress for my wedding in two weeks. I called Bella Bridal and explained the situation, and they got me in that day. From the moment I called to the moment I got there they were accommodating and extremely helpful. JAY was incredible to work with and made the process so fun. Absolutely incredible!! They have the most gorgeous wedding gowns in all of SoCal literally I had a hard time deciding which one bc there were so many gorgeous ones there. And This was after I had been to three different other bridal salons with disappointing dresses before finding Bella. So I can say for sure that their dresses are the most beautiful out there 🙌🏻 and the whole experience was so pleasant and professional. They give you a glass of champagne and treat you like a queen during your appointment. And they actually listen to every detail of what you’re looking for

I had a wonderful experience! Anastasia was wonderful. I told her what I was looking for and she gave some really helpful tips. She knew exactly what looked good based on what I told her and brought me so many gorgeous dresses. She was very professional and made sure I was comfortable while helping me change and also made conversation so it wasn't awkward. This was my first appointment and I walked out with the dress of my dreams! I highly recommend booking with her.

My bridal stylist, Anastasia, is the #1 reason why I'm giving this place 5 stars. From the moment we walked into the door, Anastasia was incredibly attentive and listened so well to what I was looking for. I usually get super stressed when shopping for clothes, let alone a wedding dress, but Anastasia made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Since this was the first bridal shop I went to, I originally hesitated on choosing a gown I knew I loved without going to another shop first just to be sure. After a horrible experience at another boutique in Thousand Oaks called Bridal Collection, my mom and I quickly went back to Bella Bridal to purchase my dream gown. Thank you to Anastasia and the rest of the Bella Bridal team -- you guys are awesome!

Bella bridal is a cute little shop! However, what makes the experience soo incredible is the entire staff. Sarah in particular is truly soo kind, attentive and humorous! The dress selection is absolutely stunning! The full length trifold mirror really assists with decision making.

I had the best experience at Bella Bridal Couture! To be honest, I wasn't really looking forward to the whole 'trying on bridal dresses' thing, as I worried that I wasn't going to find anything that would fit just right or that I would love, but I was wrong. The ladies at Bella Bridal Couture made the entire experience from start to finish wonderful for me and my loved ones. They had so many beautiful options and made me extremely comfortable. Kat, Melissa, and Shanna were all fantastic - kind, fun, and knowledgeable, offering such helpful insight, without making me feel pressured. I was able to walk away with my dream dress! I highly recommend this boutique!
