Attempted to hire this company for landscaping and hardscaping work based on good reviews and recommendations from neighbors. Called company to set up an appointment for a quote, and they never called back. After finally getting a hold of them we got an appointment for 6 weeks later. They were punctual and seemed professional during the appointment. Was told a quote would be ready by the end of the week, but never received it. Called the company twice and two weeks apart to get the quote. Was told they had contacted the staff, and that he was doing the quote and confirmed my email, but never heard from them two months after our initial appointment. Update: I was contacted by a customer service representative who explained how my situation was specific to a staff and they had rectified that situation. They accommodated me on the schedule to have another evaluation of the work needed at the property. Staff came on time and was very knowledgeable and helpful with good ideas. They provided a quote for the work that same evening. Based on this interaction i will be changing my review from 1 to 4 stars. We are still deciding on whether we will hire the company for the job, and will provide another review based on the work if we move forward. In the meantime i would like to update my review given my recent interactions with the company.

What a wonderful, oddball plant shop! The employees were extremely helpful and kind, and they provided useful information. There was a large selection of very healthy plants, including several unusual varieties! I bought a plant I'd never seen before, which is unusual given the number of plant babies I own! It's always exciting to discover something new! This store is a hidden treasure!! I will most certainly return!

Flores Artscape, Inc. is an amazing company who completed a beautiful renovation to our house’s façade and front yard. From the initial estimate through project planning, execution, and completion, every member of the Flores Artscape team accomplished their role with professionalism and integrity. The quality of the work was top-notch, and each step of the project was clearly explained to us. We felt taken care of, and our house has never looked better – all completed on time and on budget! We also loved supporting a family-owned, local business whose work is something the whole neighborhood can be proud of.

Needed a backyard overhaul including landscape, grass, etc. Flores Art did a perfect job. Very buttoned up. Responsive, timely, professional, listened to my requests and some changes, and got the job done. And the end result was beautiful! I could not recommend Flores Artscape higher for anyone who needs landscape, hardscape, garden, or other similar types of work. FIVE STAR!

We were so impressed that we had him do some work in the back including putting up a wonderful wood fence. Arin was fair and honest and went way above the call of duty to help us with some unfavorable situations. I remain very impressed and happy with what he was able to accomplish.

I had 3 quotes including Flores Artscape to install a fence on my deck. Baron provided me a price that was basically in between the other 2. Baron and Jan (foreman) were very easy to talk to and responded promptly. They were installing wood panels on an existing rusted iron gate. I had asked for a quote to have the rusted gate painted; however, we declined since my wife and I were more concerned of the wooden panels looking perfect. They provided samples of stains and were more than willing to provide more samples if I desired. The day of installation they painted my existing gate as a courtesy which I thought was very unexpected and generous of them. The crew was professional and cleaned up the job site when job was completed. The finished product turned out and better than I had envisioned thanks to the input of Baron and Jan. We plan to work with Flores Artscape in future projects.
