My husband and I researched landscaping services for about a year before deciding to move forward with Flores Artscape. From day 1, it was clear that Eric is extremely knowledgeable about all things landscaping. He has a practical approach on the best way to design and maintain your outdoor space which was refreshing compared to some of the other companies we met with. Eric was also extremely communicative and answered ALL of our many questions before and during the process - he would even give me his opinion on parts of the design process I was less confident about. Once we officially decided to go with Flores everything ran like a finely tuned machine. The team showed up on day 1 exactly when they said they would and got right to work. Nancy was our onsite contact and she was super on it and helpful, and Arturo was really helpful with explaining some of the alternative ideas we could do with the space. Everyone from Valeria in finance to Angel who was onsite doing the work with his team, were kind, respectful, tidy and pleasant. This project only took 2.5 weeks and it looks incredible. I love going outside to see it every day and am so thrilled with the way it turned out. I would highly recommend Flores Artscape to anyone who is interested in doing a landscaping project, but especially if you've never done one before because they really help you think through all angles and possibilities. Working with Flores could not have been easier - they were efficient and very communicative when it came to estimates, finance, and project management/timelines. Flores came, provided an initial estimate, worked with us to refine exactly what we needed for our back and front yard landscaping, fencing, and irrigation needs, and most importantly, were fast and efficient. From the 'back of the house' staff in Finance & Accounting to their Project Managers to Sales, it was evident that it's a well-oiled machine that's proven itself in both credibility and customer satisfaction by the quality of work they do. They provided options for everything when it came to design, plant/floral choices, types of grass, and such and worked with us to ensure that we could fit that into the budget. When it came to the day to day and any outstanding issues or follow-ups needed, we worked directly with Rumaldo, the owner, who spent the time to listen and work with us on what we needed - we could definitely tell that he cares about each project/client and what their needs are and it definitely shows! Cannot recommend Flores more; definitely a must for any landscaping needs.

Flores worked on our backyard. We had an independent designer create renderings, which we used to communicate our vision. Eric, the sales consultant, was very helpful from the get-go. We did not feel any pressure from him; we reached out to solve a drainage problem and with needing to demo a lot of the hardscape, we also opted to redesign the backyard into a desertscape. He worked with us to meet our budget. Rumaldo, the owner, came to kick off our project, which spoke volumes to us. We were assigned Angel and his crew. They are AMAZING! Angel has a great design eye and under his leadership, the team delivered more than what we imagined. They are punctual, good-natured, have very good working dynamic/energy; they did excellent work and went above and beyond. Additionally, the rest of the team (Nancy and Valerie) who we communicated our additional needs to were communicative, always available, and flexible. We highly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I highly recommend Flores Artscape. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and wonderful people to work with. They answered all my questions — which were many, and they were very responsive and easy to work with. We had a new fence and automatic gate installed, some tree demolition and hedging along the front, side and back of our house. We are very happy with how the final product looks and we look forward to working with Flores Artscape again when we install artificial grass.

Got the job done super quick, clean, and well done. They removed all the weeds, leveled the ground nicely (within reason, as my house is on a slight incline) and installed weed barrier for me. The price was affordable and way better value when compares to other services in my area who quoted almost the same amount for removing the weeds alone and didn't offer the full range of services needed. Would absolutely entrust my landscape needs to them again in the future.

We bought a home with a huge backyard. The backyard was out of control with overgrown plants - all tropical plants that had not been tended to in years and required a lot of care. We hired Flores to do a complete demo of the yard, and replace the plants with astroturf for our 2 year old son to play in, and drought-resistant plants to save water and maintenance time. They completed all of the work in 3 days - the gentlemen working on the project were all very kind and were lovely with our son. They were very organized on the project management side so everything could happen in perfect order. The paid great attention to all details and went above and beyond to make the yard look perfect. This investment was very much worth it - we are so thrilled to be able to utilize our yard and spend our days outside with our son. We have plans to do the side of our house as well and when we do, we will most certainly be using Flores again! Highly recommend.

Great experience with Flores from start to finish! I've lived in the neighborhood for twenty years and have wanted to have them do work at my house for a while. I'm so happy with the results and the whole process. Eric did my initial consultation and then came back with the crew to walk through the logistics. Everyone was professional and courteous. Arturo, Rumaldo, Sandro and the whole team kept me informed and most importantly kept on schedule. I had a tight window of time to do the work and they pushed to get it done for me. The work included a stepped down garden wall which they framed out a bamboo fence on top. Steps were added to the side of the house to combat the erosion of hillside property. I also had some landscape bushes planted. If you can imagine it, they can do it! Thanks

Flores did an excellent job converting our patio into a turf yard. They were so professional, the guys were incredibly nice, and their work is always high quality. We have some friends who have used them, as well, and I’m so glad they referred Flores to us. I wouldn’t even think of using anyone else for future landscape or general outdoor work since they really seem to do it all.

10 out of 10! I would highly recommend Flores Artscape for any of your landscaping needs. True professionals who know their way around just about any landscaping task. We had a fairly complex project that included: New decomposed granite installation, removal of old DG, new irrigation systems along our fence line and front yard area, removing and re-potting plants that were previously in areas where the new DG went down. Their communication was always prompt and informative. They did a great job assessing the project and providing a complete project plan that they stuck to - and provided an estimate that was right on budget and plan. The work crew was focused, and got the job done quickly. There were no "stop/start/stop again" delays - just dedicated time, and a commitment to getting the job done right. Flores provided a few really good suggestions about how we could optimize for low-water use landscaping. The best part however - was the team. They were always friendly, accommodating, and professional. We knew we were in good hands the whole time, and we love the result. Our dog Milo loves it too! Thanks Flores!!!

I started w an empty slate and Flores Artscape really help me create the solid foundation and structure needed for my dream yard. It’s now useable and I know they did high quality work so I know it will last a long time! They helped put pavers, decomposed granite, remove some lawn and put in drought tolerant landscaping, privacy hedges with irrigation. Above that, they are sooo processional. I appreciated because I know what the contrary looks like all too well. Eric helped put the project together, Sandro responded timely and kindly to make sure my questions were answered. The whole team was great. Watching the project being done was essential to me understanding the Depth and accuracy of the work done. I recommend them highly especially for professionalism and quality of work.
