Go with the PROFESSIONALS!!!! We must all, at some point, come to trust a professional. When you go to the Doctor, you trust the Doctor will come to the right diagnosis. When you go to a Lawyer, you trust the Lawyer will get the documents right. When you buy a house, you trust your real estate agents and your building inspectors. When you start the process of building a pool, you come to quickly realize that the process is going to be a big investment. You need to find someone you trust. You need a professional pool builder. I met with Jason Briggs to discuss my pool construction project. He actually walked me through a number of specific potential complications for building my pool and how unique the construction process should be to get it right for my particular pool. I learned that he is a legal expert in pool construction. He has seen how others have built pools poorly and he knows how to make your pool correctly. Jason Briggs is a professional. Since moving into our home in 2003, we inherited a pool that was constructed in 1972 by the prior owner. The pool was showing extensive wear and tear not limited to the rebar showing through the concrete on the bottom of the pool. We sought out numerous estimates. When Bob from Paradise Pools and Spa came to give his estimate, he was the only one who analyzed our needs and gave us a detailed cost report of the work that was needed to upgrade our pool. Others, simply generated vague numbers and nothing specific in writing. Based on this finding, we went with Paradise Pools and Spa for our remodel. Everyone we interacted with was very organized, thorough and professional. The project management team of Jason, Magaly and Jordin were excellent and were a great help in assisting us the designing of our pool remodel; they were able to provide aesthetic guidance that remained in our budget. Once construction began, the project team communicated very effectively with us about all facets of the remodel on an on-going basis. Their staff was always on time. Timeliness was a big deal to my wife and I because the project had to be completed around our work schedules. Ultimately, the workmanship was superb, and now we have a saltwater pool that can be controlled by our mobile phone. Paradise Pools and Spa did such an outstanding job that we even begged them to service the pool on a weekly basis. We couldn’t be more satisfied. In addition, we would like to give special thanks to Sam and Dylan for leading the equipment and mastic, Shaun for the startup, and Alex for the pebble and general construction activities. We have completed many remodeling efforts on our home, and Paradise Pools and Spa’s renovation was the most stress-free, timely, and well-completed project by far.
