Dealing with a bad pool pump, I was able to coordinate through Sam Leslie the Repair Manager for getting the work scheduled as quickly as possible along with his help facilitating the approval from the home warranty company. Excellent customer service. Peter the technician got the pump installed quickly and I have my pool back up and running without any issues. Sam in repair has worked tirelessly to make sure that when ordering equipment that I get exactly what I need especially since my pool house is super small. He spent lots of time finding that filter that was tall and thin. It looks amazing and fits perfectly. Sean is a very skilled installer who was very willing to work to accomplish exactly what I needed done. Bob made the replaster of my pool easy and I am so happy with the marble finish…gorgeous.
