Enjoy their service and patient manner during this season of COVID-19. I have lived in an apartment building managed by Berro Management for the past eights years and I do not have much complaint. The building is always clean and we receive immediate responses to repairs if there is a need for repair.

lived in a property managed by Berro and I never had any issues. I liked that they always communicated with the tenants in a timely manner. Every time a maintenance visit was going to be scheduled, they always let me know ahead of time. I also made a few calls to land lady regarding certain things that needed attention and they came to look at it right away, at the most within a few days.
I also liked that during the year I was living there, Berro M switched from manual rent payments to an online paying system which was more convenient for me. And I received my deposit back when I moved out very quickly so I really appreciated that as well.
