I am so, SO gratefulllll I found The Computer Guys. Todd & Ed each epitomize Excellent customer service and Todd did a splendid job of transferring my W10 data onto my new Dell W11 laptop -- installing W10 OS so I could be spared the "upgrade" (am running a bunch of legacy software), and he even did some additional fussing with settings for me when I came to pick it up to ensure all was shipshape on the new machine. Todd's consideration was particularly appreciated as he phoned me once the transfer was in process as he indicated it usually just takes a few hours, but mine was saying it would be 19 hours -- as he knew I was in a hurry as I'm a digital nomad now and utterly reliant on my laptop for Everything. Thankfully that didn't turn out to actually be the case, but I appreciated his concern at the time. He also replaced the problem power jack on my old laptop and, FYI, I found The Computer Guys when searching for Dell authorized dealers near Huntington Beach and was particularly relieved when Todd told me he had those jacks in-stock. EXCELLENT results and very good value overall, so I'm definitely enthusiastic about recommending their services to others. Great job, fellas, Thank You both!

Excellent, efficient, knowledgeable computer problem diagnosis delivered with complete honesty and more than fair pricing. I was just passing thru town when my computer would not recharge the battery. The expert/owner determined early on that it was NOT the battery but a different issue. Courteous, respectful, trustworthy. Definitely bring your computer here to get fixed!

The people who un this shop are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they communicate intelligently, all of which is totally desirable when dealing with complicated PC's. I wanted a shop like this one for my old 2011 Toshiba Laptop, to convert it from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and to salvage all of my programs, all of which they did very well and with professional acumen. I recommend this shop!
