The staff was amazing from entrance until leaving. Only down fall was the wait, but it is urgent care and in my opinion it was definitely worth the wait. I had ear crystals that were making me dizzy & ill, and after they flushed out my ears, the doctor let me remain in the room for a bit to get situated and recover a bit. I didn’t get to say goodbye to her, since she was super busy, so I thought I’d write this review as a thank you. :)

I went to the Sherman Oaks office for an ear problem. I was feeling awful when I came in. After barely 30 minutes in & out, the Mend team fixed me up and now I’m feeling a lot better. Everything was clean, temperature check, plenty of sanitizer. Really easy to walk-in and get treated. I only wish I had come in sooner!

Excellent attention and caring treatment. Was seen by Debbie who really went the extra mile to get to the bottom of my problem. All very professional and caring staff members. Also received a timely follow-up phone call to report my test results. I am very thankful for the treatment received at Mend.

Dr. Jones is the sweetest, kindest, friendliest doctor you can encounter. She is very professional and always gives you the advice and medical treatments you need to get back to health. She is so warm it feels like family is taking care of you. The staff and everyone who works with her are awesome. There’s a parking garage, no charge and the office is very clean and pleasant. This is the best urgent care I could ever have the luck to find!
