This place is great & they take medi-cal. Don’t listen to the bad reviews I had zero problems taking my son here. They were fast in seeing him & listened to him, and gave him clear instructions to get him feeling better. And they called in his prescription immediately.

I'm gonna take time to write this review, because I was hesitant to go here because of the bad reviews. But let me tell you that my visit from top to bottom as a brand new patient took me less than 20 minutes! Yes I was lucky there was only 1 patient at a clinic. But the whole system is electronic, took me in right away, checked, done, boom, my prescription was called in right away, I didn't even manage to arrive to the pharmacy it was ready for pick up. Whoever had bad experience - sorry, but you might've done something wrong yourself. People are nice and professional. I'm pleased and surprised. Well done!

I went in to confirm a positive Covid home test. Diagnosed,consulted and given meds, in-n-out in 45 minutes. Staff was polite, nurse was efficient and Doc was quick and to the point. They followed up with a Zoom wellness check.Very pleased with the whole system.

Yesterday October 15th 2021, I went to the Mend Urgent Care 4849 Van Nuys Blvd #100, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403in. I was attended by Nichole, the physician assistant. She was compassionate, considerate, and professional. I told her I had chest pains. She took an EKG for me, and she highly recommended I go to the E.R. She called me twice to check if I went there because she was concerned. Also, she called the E.R. in the Hospital, and when I went there, they expected of her phone call. Easy in & out, less expensive than i thought. Although quick visit with PA, the PA and assistant listened to me & answered questions. As good as you're gonna get in our for-profit medical system when you don't have insurance or a large bank account. I'll go back if i need care.
