The staff at the Sherman Oaks location are always pleasant and helpful. MUCH better than the doctor at the Van Nuys location! The medical assistant needs more practice especially with blood drawing (ummmm....isn't it wrong to put the needle on the bench next to me then pick it back up and use the same needle to draw blood from my arm?). Also the nurse practitioner needs to listen a little more and be a little less judgmental.

There are not enough good things to say about the Sherman Oaks location. From my first phone call asking about services with Stephanie, to the P.A. and then a follow up call with my lab results and to check on me, everyone has been wonderful. Having Stephanie as the face of the practice was a very smart move, so congratulations to who hired her. I really wish this could be my primary care doctors office. I would love to follow up with management about things I witnessed there, that they should be very proud of as well as aware of. Unfortunately, I see of no way to directly email Claudia and Brittany. If someone could give me that info, I would be so grateful.
This is a totally wonderful practice and anyone who is lucky enough to have them assigned as the urgent care center to use, is totally blessed.

This is a nice place medical staff are very nice, very clean place. they have a great set up as social distancing bring your family your Corten with. this place has it set up like 5 little living rooms then plastic between next space i been here twice and i refer people to come here.

Covid tests wait time is about 30 min to an hour wait time. I got my results back fast! For antibody test.... I highly recommend you go elsewhere, or have a spare 3 hours to wait.

My son split his knee open at a friend's house and he was rushed here. Doctor was nice and kept my son calm while he cleaned and treated the wound. I hope we will not be back but good to know good urgent care is here.

The staff was amazing from entrance until leaving. Only down fall was the wait, but it is urgent care and in my opinion it was definitely worth the wait. I had ear crystals that were making me dizzy & ill, and after they flushed out my ears, the doctor let me remain in the room for a bit to get situated and recover a bit. I didn’t get to say goodbye to her, since she was super busy, so I thought I’d write this review as a thank you. :)
