Thank you Mend Urgent Care Sherman Oaks! From Luis at the front desk to the nurse practitioner Anna who assisted me, I was extremely well cared for and in and out in 30 minutes including paperwork! Literally the best Urgent Care experience of my life. Five stars, highly recommend!

I get better care at Mend (Woodman, Sherman Oaks) than the regular GP I'm supposed to go to. They know what they are doing and try to help. Unlike the doctors at the Sherman Way, Van Nuys office who do nothing. I will only go to Mend. Ricky saved my life. Dr. In Van Nuys almost killed me.

Yesterday October 15th 2021, I went to the Mend Urgent Care 4849 Van Nuys Blvd #100, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403in. I was attended by Nichole, the physician assistant. She was compassionate, considerate, and professional. I told her I had chest pains. She took an EKG for me, and she highly recommended I go to the E.R. She called me twice to check if I went there because she was concerned. Also, she called the E.R. in the Hospital, and when I went there, they expected of her phone call. There are not enough good things to say about the Sherman Oaks location. From my first phone call asking about services with Stephanie, to the P.A. and then a follow up call with my lab results and to check on me, everyone has been wonderful. Having Stephanie as the face of the practice was a very smart move, so congratulations to who hired her. I really wish this could be my primary care doctors office. I would love to follow up with management about things I witnessed there, that they should be very proud of as well as aware of. Unfortunately, I see of no way to directly email Claudia and Brittany. If someone could give me that info, I would be so grateful. This is a totally wonderful practice and anyone who is lucky enough to have them assigned as the urgent care center to use, is totally blessed.

This is a nice place medical staff are very nice, very clean place. they have a great set up as social distancing bring your family your Corten with. this place has it set up like 5 little living rooms then plastic between next space i been here twice and i refer people to come here.

I went to the Sherman Oaks office for an ear problem. I was feeling awful when I came in. After barely 30 minutes in & out, the Mend team fixed me up and now I’m feeling a lot better. Everything was clean, temperature check, plenty of sanitizer. Really easy to walk-in and get treated. I only wish I had come in sooner!

Excellent attention and caring treatment. Was seen by Debbie who really went the extra mile to get to the bottom of my problem. All very professional and caring staff members. Also received a timely follow-up phone call to report my test results. I am very thankful for the treatment received at Mend.
