From working with JC when we first walked into the store, to Ali coming out to measure, for Miguel and his awesome team, Raul for his impressive baseboard skills and their partner plumbers - we had the best customer experience in getting our new floors! 3 days total including full demo of carpet, tile and decades old linoleum, floor leveling and sealing and installation of LVP and new baseboards in our entire home. We've got a kitchen and bathroom reno coming up in a few years and Bentley will be our first choice for that as well!

from day one that we walked on the store ( JC ) was very kind and polite always asking the ton of questions we had. they even let us borrow some samples to take home to see it with our paint and lighting. once we settle in Ali help is thru the process installation Ali is very knowledgeable and soooooo nice and helpful. installation was fast and well done thanks to Lenner. everybody is super nice polite and very efficient. definably recommend this company. the best on the area !!!!!!

Bentley floors gave us the best flooring experience. Highly recommend. Ask for Ali he is the absolute best. Read below for our detailed experience: So my husband and I bought our first home and were not a fan of the brown colored carpet on our stairs, the carpeted bedrooms and the small wood planking on our floors (Pictures Phase 1). We did a ton a research and found Bentley Flooring. Ali came highly recommended, had a ton of references and was the most willing to work with our new homeowner budget! Ali came out and was so nice and measured our home and scheduled an appointment in store to go over our flooring options within our budget. We decided on this beautiful cream color carpet for the stairs (Pictures Phase 2). Ali did warn me about the carpet being light especially with having dogs, but I disregarded his suggestion because I really want a white bright home. They scheduled install very quickly and had the stairs done within 1 day. Well when I came home from work, I saw the stairs and they were so beautifully done, but Ali was right they were going to be too light for our family- it was going to be a disaster and I knew it. I called Ali late that night crying telling him I was so sorry that I did not take his suggestion but I really couldn’t have this light of stairs, even though they were so beautiful and beautifully done. Completely my fault... And he just said “No worries, Christina, I want you to love your floors and stairs and we will make it right so it works for your family.” I was so grateful to him at that moment and was so happy I choose Bentley Floor! Well at the time we couldn’t afford new material and the cost to redo the stairs and so we asked Ali if we could wait a few months so we could save and he said, “take your time, and let me know when you are ready, we will make this right for you.” (Even though it was my fault). Well two years later, with a new baby in tow, I called Ali with much trepidation that to much time had passed from our original conversation, but we were now ready. He remembered everything and said, “no worries, I promised you stairs you will love and will work for your family and that is what we are going to do. (Phase 3 for photos). Well within a week he had the flooring ready to go and had us scheduled for install all with working within our new budget. We also had them do our main floors, bedrooms, and closet with the same wood we did on the stairs- during the carpet fiasco. The attention to detail is as amazing! Anytime I had questions I could always get ahold of Ali and he would always swing by to make sure everything was going well and to my liking. Needless to say if anything was off he would fix it right away and even went out of his way to make runs to HomeDepot to get me supplies for things that were not even floor related, like my doors gapped at the bottom and he went to find me the dusters that fit that go on the bottom! Seriously- who is this guy!!! The best customer service hands down!!! My floors and stairs are perfect now and even more gorgeous in person! I can not say enough good things about them and would be happy to be a reference for them at anytime! My next project in a few years will be replacing my banister and I can’t wait to work with Bentley Floor again! Sorry for the long review, but I think it is important to capture my full experience! Hope this is helpful in making you choose and feel comfortable with what great hands you will be in with Ali and the crew at Bentley Floors.
