We had an amazing experience with Bentley. We’d been looking to do our bedroom carpets with them, because I wanted the stain resistant Mohawk brand that they carry. Then, as we were working on picking a carpet, we had a leak in our kitchen that caused us to need all new flooring throughout the downstairs. I knew we wanted to go with Bentley for that, and they were so great to work with. I was able to come in and look at samples multiple times, and they were always so patient and helpful. Layla in the office is so, so sweet. Ali is really personable and easy to work with, and JC does a great job with install. His teams of guys were wonderful - kind and quick! We ended up not liking the first floor we picked out, and they got it all returned for us. Then we changed our mind on the baseboards we had picked out, and they were so understanding. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we were left with a home that is stunning, and exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

Good place to get flooring. Many good ideas and a ton of options. Keep in mind some items may be coming from far away and have a little longer lead time for a project so you need to plan ahead. Overall, I think they have good ideas and trades to set you up or whatever Flooring you need to get things going.

I am pleased to finally share this long-overdue review of Bentley Floors. Last December (2023), during a home renovation, the contractor handling our project was experiencing issues with their usual flooring installer. This led me to start searching for a new professional to remove our engineered hardwood flooring and replace it with luxury vinyl plank (LVP). After reaching out to about eight other contractors found on Nextdoor and Yelp, I received a range of quotes and estimated project times, many of which were around 7–10 days. Determined to find a better fit, I looked once more and found a highly recommended review for Bentley Floors on Nextdoor. Ali from Bentley Floors visited the next day, and immediately, I could tell the difference between a general contractor and a specialized flooring expert. Bentley Floors clearly brought a higher level of expertise and a well-coordinated team, allowing them to complete the entire demolition and installation within just four days – and right before Christmas! The Bentley Floors team took care of every detail: moving all our furniture, removing the old floor, performing the necessary leveling, installing the new LVP, and even priming the floorboards so we only needed a painter for the final touch. Their foreperson, Miguel, was exceptional – highly communicative, diligent, and kept me informed every step of the way. On the final day, he even went out of his way to wait while I ran to Lowe’s to get furniture pads, then personally applied them to each piece of furniture. My general contractor observed the installation and was equally impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Bentley Floors from start to finish. I highly recommend Bentley Floors for anyone seeking quality and expertise in flooring. They are amazing at what they do!
