Ali and his team were great to work with -- they replaced the flooring in one of our bathrooms after we had to do a full redrain of our sewer pipes. They were prompt about coming out to take measurements and helpful about suggesting flooring distributors in the OC area where we could go look at tile options. JC and Huge were both very responsive in the process of getting the job booked and communicating with the workers. We're very happy with the flooring and will add photos once our toilet and vanity are re-installed.

They redid our entire downstairs flooring, remodeled the kitchen, and added a bar area. After the job they dropped off a beautiful custom wood charcuterie board. 2 months later our daughter dropped something on our new flooring and they came and replaced that board, no hassle. We had an amazing experience with Bentley. We’d been looking to do our bedroom carpets with them, because I wanted the stain resistant Mohawk brand that they carry. Then, as we were working on picking a carpet, we had a leak in our kitchen that caused us to need all new flooring throughout the downstairs. I knew we wanted to go with Bentley for that, and they were so great to work with. I was able to come in and look at samples multiple times, and they were always so patient and helpful. Layla in the office is so, so sweet. Ali is really personable and easy to work with, and JC does a great job with install. His teams of guys were wonderful - kind and quick! We ended up not liking the first floor we picked out, and they got it all returned for us. Then we changed our mind on the baseboards we had picked out, and they were so understanding. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we were left with a home that is stunning, and exactly what we wanted. Thank you!
