Bentley recently installed new carpet for my residential entry stairs and adjacent office. I had extra carpet and they had it bound to use as an area rug inside our front door to match the decor. It looks amazing! Ali, Daniel, JC and Leila always greet me by name when I visit the store. I believe their pricing is extremely fair considering the other quotes I received for the same work. I recommend giving them a call if you have any home improvement needs!

I have seen their store in my local strip mall and wondered how they survived among the big box stores and discount flooring retailers. Now I now how they do it. They do it by providing quality flooring, amazing standards of installation (I did a floor once myself and I know how hard it is to do high end installs) and a relentless focus on making the customer happy. All of the people who work for and at Bentley Flooring have that “happy I work here” vibe which flows into every aspect of the customer experience. And they did it for us at a price which should have embarrassed the big box stores. I can’t recommend Bentley Flooring highly enough.

Ali and his team were great to work with -- they replaced the flooring in one of our bathrooms after we had to do a full redrain of our sewer pipes. They were prompt about coming out to take measurements and helpful about suggesting flooring distributors in the OC area where we could go look at tile options. JC and Huge were both very responsive in the process of getting the job booked and communicating with the workers. We're very happy with the flooring and will add photos once our toilet and vanity are re-installed.

Ali and his team at Bentley are fantastic. We had a water leak and got a ton of quotes. Their quote was very fair and they did a beautiful job. They redid our entire downstairs flooring, remodeled the kitchen, and added a bar area. We came in with a design idea in mind and their in house designer Leila took that and made it much better and functional for our space while still respecting our vision for the space.
