I love this gym. The gym owners and the members are friendly, and the workouts are intense in the best sense of the word. You're constantly moving from stretching, to a pre workout warm up, the workout, then a cool down workout of sorts. This is a full hour of movement and activity. I wouldn't say it's hard in terms of degree of difficulty, but the programming has you sore the next day. I'm really happy I started here, it's been my favorite gym in San Francisco over the past three years (I've tried 5).

Nice gym with no extra frills. They got what you need and they got enough of it that you can usually get in and do your thing without overcrowding.
