Got a tune up and they threw in a much needed seat height adjustment with a parking lot demo on how to safely get on & off my bike at it's new height. Just bought a bike rack and extension from here. The staff here was extremely friendly. Brad was great helping me attach the rack to my car and then went through a demo on how to use it properly. Extremely knowledgeable as well so even though there are closer bike shops to where I live, I will definitely be coming back here again!

They are awesome!!!!! Always smiling!!!! Helpful!!!! Honest!!!!! Ans they take initiative!!!!! They really care about us and our bikes!!!! My first bike I bought from them over 18 years ago!!!! It stayed in excellent shape (until my sista put it on her bike rack and it fell off and got run over... still makes me sad...) But I got a new electric one and a friend put it together. It was riding strange. I took it to Metropolis and they took it apart ans put it back together again. Now it is awesome!!!!! Go!!! You will be so happy you did!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Metropolis rocks! Every time I go in, I get nothing but impeccable service. Brad and his son(s) are always very knowledgable. I called about an hour before closing today to see what the turnaround would be if I brought in a couple of family bikes in for a tuneup, because they were both having problems when shifting gears. Brad was honest in saying that they were so swamped, that he wouldn't even be able to accept any more bikes for service until a few more days. But, he said that if we came in that he could take a quick look to see if it was an issue that he could fix on the spot. So, my wife and I rode over and sure enough, he made some minor adjustments and now the bikes are riding smoothly. THANKS BRAD!
