UNBELIEVABLE. (UPDATED MARCH 12th 2026!) You wait your entire life- well- the greater part of your adult life when 'Taxes' - (whether you run a biz, own a small or large corp, or an LLC or are an employee who cares a little about their current financial fortunes and perhaps thinking even a little bit about your future!) - become not only a necessity, but have the potential to become a key part of intelligent living! Here in California, there's SO MANY ways to smartly get your taxes done IF (and this is the BIG IF) you van find an experienced, warm, caring, intelligent, and incredibly knowledgeable CPA who knows the brand new laws, loopholes, and 'work arounds' that are not only legal, but begging to be explored! MARIA IS THAT CPA. Like alot of professionals, I desperately needed to find an excellent CPA to take over tax prep after a former CPA had completely dropped the ball and then ANOTHER was so unbelievably inexperienced that everything was ridiculously overkill in terms of conversation (you want a CPA who just KNOWS and doesn't need to grill you with a ton of absurd Q & A as if they never have worked with a professional before!!) – and had to find someone new and excellent RIGHT at the beginning of tax season!! With a referral in hand, ended up speaking to Maria promptly after leaving my initial message - and was so gratified to learn she was everything that had been promised: savvy, patient, personable, DEEPLY experienced and knowledgeable, and kind. She knew everything that had been mussed up by the prior two CPA'S - AND SAW ALL THE WAYS THAT THINGS COULD HAVE BEEN FAR BETTER corrected and fixed. Within a week she had requested everything she needed, gently guided me to find a few minor items that had gone missing (a few W2's, a few cash expenses)- and BAM! - within a week she had everything ready to review, sign... and relax and just enjoy the fact I was DONE and now simply waiting FOR MY REFUNDS!! Seriously - it was so unbelievably easy, relaxed, and enjoyable! I sound like a commercial but MAN... you have no idea what you've been missing until you FINALLY find a tax and financial expert as amazing as you could imagine. If you have ANT needs having to do with financial preparation, tax considerations, complex or straightforward tax returns, or anything else requiring an experienced, caring expert in tax strategy- this firm needs to be your MUST CALL. You need a CPA? You NEED Maria! I went into this last tax season thinking I can do it myself. I quickly realized I needed Maria and she quickly and efficiently completed my return. When I started doing it, I was going to owe money, she did it and I get money back. She also included a form that had what was needed for my daughter's FAFSA app so the app would be easy to fill out. She saved me time, money and lots of stress. She is now my CPA for life.

I've had numerous CPAs over the years at it was a very frustrating experience. I found errors on my returns, I found people who obviously didn't know how to handle a multi-state small business, and I found someone who was very knowledgable but didn't really understand how our business work as wanted to put us into the same category of similar businesses. And then I was referred to Maria! From our first email conversation I knew she was the right one. She asked questions that the others had not. She explained opportunities that the others had not. She didn't belittle anyone or pretend that she was a knew everything, she simply said "I think I can help you". Everything about her firm was very professional. This was undoubtedly a very hard year to run a business, however she delivered. I went through my return and I am very happy. I look forward to many more years of a painless tax preparation.
