Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish in helping me pick out an engagement ring for my fiancee! My favourite part of the whole experience is that he took an educating and consulting approach where he taught me a ton and was able to help me make an informed decision on the diamond that I ended up going with instead of having him hard sell me on the stone he thought was best. His kind and professional manner really helps you feel like you're having a close friend or family member advising you, and it's definitely the kind of personality you want in your corner when making one of the biggest and most important purchases in your life. The best part is that my fiancee absolutely LOVES her ring and she gets complimented on it all the time whenever we're out and about! I've already recommended Jeff to all of my friends who are looking to get engaged in the near future and if anyone is scrolling through reviews b/c they're on the fence, I would highly recommend you taking the leap of faith and booking an appointment since you have nothing to lose and a great experience to gain. We were so lucky to have found Sherwood Bridge Diamonds. We went in for a resizing of my wedding band and Jeffrey was so patient and knowledgeable about diamonds and jewelry. He explained all the ins and outs of resizing and what it entails. I felt like my ring was in good hands from the very beginning. We had gone to another jeweler (before going to Sherwood) and that person was rude and gruff and almost demanding that we get the resize done with him. But Jeffrey was absolutely wonderful. He listened and I felt like he cared about my ring almost as much much as I did. We couldn't be happier! We will definitely be back for all of our jewelry needs. Thank you Jeffrey!

We were so lucky to have found Jeffrey!! I needed my ring resized and my husband and I went in on a Friday and it was done the next Tuesday! He is so patient and knowledgeable about diamonds and jewelry and took the time to explain the whole process of resizing rings and what it entails . I can't believe how much he goes above and beyond in helping his clients. What a find! We will definitely be going back to him for all of our jewelry needs in the future. We moved to the area earlier this year and were scrambling to find a jeweler we could trust to get wedding bands before our big day. Jeff was knowledgable, patient and understood exactly what we wanted. His straightforward advice and recommendations were very much appreciated. He went above and beyond to make sure my husband got his special ordered ring well before our wedding day Our experience selecting our wedding rings was so wonderful, I also asked Jeff to take the gems from my great-grandmother's wedding ring and incorporate them into two pendant necklaces (wedding gifts for my mom and aunt) and a new ring (for me to wear on my wedding day as my "something old"). Jeffery is a nice, kind, patient and trustworthy jewelry. Not only is he honest and upfront with you, he will also an educator. He is so full of knowledge that he will provide you with any information that you ask him. Like I’ve mentioned, he is very patient and will listen to your needs and wants. I can't thank Jeffrey and his team enough for creating the perfect engagement and wedding rings for our wedding! I didn't know the first thing about engagement rings when I went in, but I knew the look my wife wanted from pictures. Jeffrey was very knowledgeable and walked me through all the different cuts, colors, and styles. I'm sure I drove him crazy with questions but he understood how important this was to me and was helpful and friendly from start to finish. He worked extremely hard to find the perfect diamond. He even had a custom band designed exactly like the pictures I brought in. From start to finish, he was professional and friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone!
