We needed some really dramatic changes done to our home. We got a number of bids and after a lot of deliberating we decided to use OC Construction. They came highly recommended by a friend of ours and it was nice that we could actually see their work (since they did our friend's house last year). I have to say OC Construction is the best comany we could have hired for the job. They worked so hard on my remodel and gave me everything I needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It was a pleasure working with them and the finished result is everything I could have hoped for.

This company did a home addition to me about a month ago. After this experience I will be using them for every construction project I do on my house going forward. I'm so happy that we chose OC Construction and Consulting for our remodeling project. I will definitely continue to use them after this experience. I live in an older home and remodeling comes with a lot of bumps in the road. However, these guys managed to make it all look effortless. They were on top of everything and got the project done quickly and efficiently. I also want to mention that any time we had questions there was always someone available to help. The customer service was wonderful. As I said, I'm planning to use this company for further updates to my home. They really impressed me.

The two things I think that really stood out to me about OC Construction and Consulting are that they are great communicators and they have excellent project management. That can be hard to find in a contractor so I wanted to take a moment and recommend them. We had them do a remodel on two of our bathrooms. We had a specific timeline we needed to have everything done by and this team worked very hard to make that happen. The quality of their work is absolutely outstanding. I am still amazed with how beautifully everything turned out. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who's looking for a quality contractor for a remodeling project.

They helped us with every aspect of the project from design to the actual construction work. Their team was always on time and very respectful of both the house and my family. OC Construction and Consulting just finished their work on our beach house on the Newport Peninsula. I tried to accomplish the work they did for us nearly two years ago but canceled meetings and lack of response to my calls and emails took away the window of opportunity to complete a contract let alone get the work done. We wanted to replace the balcony off of our second story master bedroom to modernize and more importantly to bring up to current code our favorite spot overlooking the sand out to the ocean and to resurface our exterior decks and stairs. This Company's ease of communication and daily spontaneous reports on work done were amazing. Our rental agent did a walkthrough today and was impressed with the work quality and I could hardly believe that with rain today the staff completed the work three days early including completing the sign off inspection from the. City of Newport Beach. I am grateful for the professional conduct of this Company and their organizational skills and follow through. It has been great working with them. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a high quality, honest builder who knows how to work with our beautiful City's requirements and who respects the needs of their customers.

I needed a remodeling job done quickly. I was planning on selling my house but was advised to have my kitchen redone before I did. I was really happy with the way OC Construction handled the project. We weren't living in the house at the time but they still made the effort to keep the house clean and safe while they worked. The kitchen made a huge difference in the amount we got for our house and they did beautiful work. I will be using them again when we are ready to remodel our new home.

They were on time for everything from our first consultation to the last day of work. I hired them for a room addition which is a pretty big project but they really delivered.
