So far I have zero complaints. My husband and I have been looking for a new mattress since I injured my back and my old mattress was causing so much pain in my hips and back. We looked at other stores and kept going back to one specific aireloom mattress (the price definitely causes some hesitance). This store was a drive from where we live but decided to give it a shot after speaking with Chris via email. He was helpful but not pushy when it came to making a sale. He let us look around, try out mattresses while he was at his desk, he would give suggestions and answer any questions as well as check in every now and then but never was hounding us or following us to try to make a deal. He made the browing experinece enjoyable. He was also suggesting we try other mattresses comparable to aireloom but a fraction of the cost. He was definitely trying to work with us to get us a good deal and good sleep without spending an abundance of money. After being there about an hour and half just trying beds we still went back to the aireloom. Our wallets hurt but back is thanking me! I was finally able to sleep a full night in bed! Nine hours of uninterrupted, cool, sleep with no hip or back pain! I woke up feeling rested and revitalized ! I'm hoping the mattress only continues to improve with time. As of now we are in love with the mattress and how pleasant Chris was to work with! Updates to come !

We bought an Aireloom mattress from these guys about a month ago and I haven’t regretted it for a moment. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. yes, these mattresses ain’t cheap but they are worth it… We are sleeping better than we have in years! All those 5 star reviews are well earned… happy to add mine to the many others!

I’ve never written a review like this in my life, but I just had to in this case. Chris and his team at the store are by far the greatest sales people I’ve ever worked with in my life. Chris cares soooo much about making sure you are happy. He’ll even come to your house and look at the mattress with you. His knowledge is incredible. He knows every brand, every model, expensive or inexpensive. And most importantly, he’ll never pressure you to buy something more expensive. He’ll do the opposite actually - he’ll tell you to buy a different mattress that’s less expensive because it offers the same comfort, etc. Anyway, I’m babbling here — but I just couldn’t help myself to come on here and write this review. Because normally? My experiences with sales and retail people are quite the opposite. Chris is the very best.

My last night was destroyed by a smelly IKEA mattress, and this place has saved my day... Then I was recommended here by a friend, and finally find the Miss/Mr. Right.In addition, Chris is super kind and helpful, and this is a nice shopping experience! The price is higher, but Id like to pay for a great mattress that I will be with 8(+) hours a day in the next 5 year. Byebye, bad mattress and bad sleep~

I just moved to Los Angeles and was looking all over the place to find a great mattress. I browsed some of the competitors and couldn’t find anything I loved at my price point. When I entered Mattress Professors I was pleased to see the staff wearing appropriate PPE and I appreciated the multiple hand sanitization stations throughout the store. I was approached by an extremely helpful and knowledgeable salesperson named Anthony. He asked me a series of questions to assess my needs and to lead me in the right direction. In an age where buying a mattress online may seem like an easy alternative, I assure you this business offers more value and just as much convenience with inexpensive delivery and financing options. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their sleep and save some money.

It was quick, easy, and affordable to purchase a mattress here. Unfortunately they loaded a 7.5” mattress rather than a 10” in my car and I didn’t know until I got home and opened it. Other than that it was a good experience.
