I’m so happy I found this place. Working with a small independent business, rather than a chain store is way better for the value and the level of customer service. All of the guys were super helpful and knowledgeable. I worked with Tristan and Chris the most. Who knew buying a mattress as an adult could be so difficult! I had no idea my body was going to reject three mattresses, but each time I had to exchange for a different mattress they were patient with me and really wanted me to end up with something that I liked. They made the whole process really easy. The delivery company was fantastic and I finally have a mattress that my body likes!

So we came to check out the Puffy mattress because I’d read rave reviews about it. Anthony greeted us and showed us where the Puffy was on the floor. He suggested other options as well. We tried multiple beds. We tried almost every single mattress in the store many times over. Anthony was there to help us but never hovered. He was not pushy in the slightest. He was insightful, informative and respectful. It was probably one of the best sales type interaction we’ve ever had. He listened and was patient. We bought our bed from him that day. The mattress is wonderful. This photo is from their other store. We stopped in there to tell the “cousin” how much we loved our experience at the other shop. I highly recommend buying from this local establishment. (We didn’t get a Puffy)

First thing first, Hank was awesome! I don't post reviews but had such a positive experience finding my new Cal King mattress that I wanted to pay it back to Hank and acknowledge his professionalism and willingness to get me the best deal possible. I decided to get the Puffy Royal Hybrid and an accompanying adjustable bed frame, both of which I love. I personally like the sink in feeling of memory foam and the Puffy just felt right from the first second I laid on it. Also, the adjustable frame is solid and I didn't realize how much I'd appreciate the ability to change positions. Hank was very knowledgeable about all the latest technology across different mattress styles and has a longstanding history in the industry. His willingness to work with me on pricing was greatly appreciated; let's just say he offered the best deal I could find across numerous stores I went to by a long shot! The delivery team was also super reliable and set up everything with white glove service. You really can't find a better store in town. Just show up and have them set you up with your dream bed!
