We just replaced our old security system with a new one (It's on a pricey side but now that we have it, we think it's well worth it). Felix and Chris were our installers and they were amazing! Super nice guys and they did a great job at hiding wires and giving us a very clean finished product. The new system is top notch and so convenient, especially when using it with the phone app. We've been with San Marino Security for over 12 years and we love their family business approach to customer service and their lightning speed response time.

San Marino Security's customer service is above and beyond. I've had their system for 3 years now. Before I installed my system I had several specific questions about system functionality, monitoring, etc. Connor spent a considerable amount of time answering every question, all with an excellent and positive attitude. The office staff and technicians who performed the installation were also friendly and very competent. When you call the office, they are ready to assist you, and you don't get sent to some call center like with most other security system companies. They are the good 'ole mom-and-pop version of an A+ security company. I can't recommend them highly enough. Don't waste your time with ADT.

San Marino Security is outstanding: professional, effective and kind. Connor Fisher and his team designed and installed a system that is perfect for us, and have followed up to a degree that is above and beyond all expectations. After six months of barely using the alarm (because we were still settling in and someone was almost always home), Connor graciously came back and re-introduced us to the system's workings. He was generous and supportive--also did not make us feel dumb for forgetting things (the kindness mentioned above). He really wanted to be sure that we are safe and protected. Our realtor recommended San Marino Security when we moved in, and we recommend them to everyone we know--most of whom are already clients!
