I absolutely love this gym it is clean they play the right music. Brandon(very welcoming) greeted me and my friend immediately when we walked in he was patient and listened to my friend and all of her wants and needs, then he set us up for an assessment with Ryan and he was completely wonderful he had my friend feeling great his attitude and energy is great my friend is paralyzed from her chest down and he got real creative with her work out you can tell he really enjoys and lives what he does, he had me ready to join. I would recommend SHIFT to everyone and they are also moving to a bigger location so I can just imagine what it is gonna be like.

Ryan’s an amazing trainer and person. Shift feels like a second home to me. I had been training for a while before I came in, but I’ve never felt better and more challenged in my life. Every day I am at Shift I get way better. Ryan and his team are miracle workers. I would never train anywhere else. I strongly recommend joining the Shift AP community!!!

I’ve been coming to Shift for a few months now after wanting to change up my gym routine. I am so happy I made the change. As a marathon runner, I am able to focus on functional training as well as getting stronger again. Thanks Ryan for all your help!

I could not be more thankful for Shift_AP! Before joining Shift, I had been doing two workouts a day with minimal change in stamina or physic. Shift has changed the way I workout, and I have never felt better. Having Ryan keep me accountable makes such a difference. I am not an athlete, or training to be one, but Ryan provides the best workouts for everyone!

Having worked with Ryan personally for multiple years during my athletic career, I can personally attest to the effectiveness of his training methods. I found Shift originally for my son to improve strength and speed for football. After he joined I decided to give Shift a try! No regrets! My son has gotten stronger/faster and his confidence for football has improved. I’m in a small group training where Ryan trains us with intense workouts 5 days a week. I never leave Shift disappointed! Shift is definitely the best gym in the area!
