I was looking everywhere for these rocks or pebbles for a client that specifically asked for gloss black , called multiple places thankfully came across scapes , Heidy was the one to assist me from the start and went out her way for verify all different prices for me , which is huge because most will get annoyed but Heidy communicated with me urgently and beyond kindly made my search stress free , she then transferred me to Cynthia who completed my order again with ease and stress free even if I had a last minute change , customer service from both of them is beyond amazing!
