They are awesome!!!!! Always smiling!!!! Helpful!!!! Honest!!!!! Ans they take initiative!!!!! They really care about us and our bikes!!!! My first bike I bought from them over 18 years ago!!!! It stayed in excellent shape (until my sista put it on her bike rack and it fell off and got run over... still makes me sad...) But I got a new electric one and a friend put it together. It was riding strange. I took it to Metropolis and they took it apart ans put it back together again. Now it is awesome!!!!! Go!!! You will be so happy you did!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great shop and excellent service. As a person with MS, I had special needs with an ebike due to my neuropathy. I found the best fit and education with Brad who walked me through it all. I have some freedom again. Thanks Brad and all at Metropolis!
