I have been a member at The Vent for a little over a year now. Since then, the coaches have put myself and other members through numerous programs. These programs include gymnastics, metabolic conditioning, strength training and just recently strength endurance. I cannot stress enough how much effort these coaches put into everyone that walks in. They make sure everyone is safe and has fun regardless if your someone looking to compete or if your just someone trying it out for the first time. It is because of these different programs I feel fitter and stronger now than I was in high school. Plus the way they coach everyone to move with safety in mind crosses over to how I perform at work. I work in Public Service. Do yourself a favor and come see what it’s all about. All are welcome!!
