GLI has been our go-to transportation for our office due to ease of booking and reliability; however, I am not happy with the sneaky increased fees and non-transparency.
For example, we just booked several trips with them to/from LAX for international flights. The prices we were given for our trip confirmations were significantly less than the final prices we were actually charged. On top of $189.00 Base Flat Charge, they add: $15.12 Fuel Surcharge, $10.00 Tolls/Parking, $5.00 Airport Fee/Misc. Charge, and $30.00 "Customs" Fee.
We have Global Entry, carry-on luggage only, and did not exceed the 15 minute grace period; however, we were still charged the $30.00 "Customs" Fee on top. Unfortunately, with these expensive upcharges, we will be switching to Blacklane or another operator.

I had an excellent ride today by Luis from JG black car service which might be a subcontractor for GLI. Luis was wonderful! A completely safe driver who knew his way easily from the Waterfront Hilton in Huntington Beach to Manhattan Beach to LAX. He was even on top of my flight details and knew that my flight was delayed five hours before I did or the concierge service who planned my travel. Luis is a very safe driver and his car is luxurious and meticulously clean. Luis was wonderful.

I was referred to CLI by one of my good friends who also owns a corporate business. We had a multi day/multi event scheduled in California and CLI did not disappoint. Not only were they early but every driver I encountered was extremely professional and personable. Customer service was quick and easy. My event went so smoothly I highly recommend CLI & will continue to use only them.
