Over 10 years ago I came to see Jeffery to find an engagement ring for my now wife. I had no idea what I was doing, outside of some research online, and I was terrified of how this whole experience was going to go. Jeffery couldn't have been more welcoming, patient, and willing to educate me more than he was. I went to another jeweler after I had met with Jeffery just to "shop around" and I after being hassled at another location I knew working with Jeffery was the right choice. The engagement ring and wedding bands we purchased from Jeffery turned out amazing and we cherish them today.
Fast forward to March 2024 and as a celebration of our 10th anniversary we decided to look into adding a second wedding band and looking at upgrading the engagement ring. With ZERO pressure from Jeffery to spend more money, go bigger on the diamond, or really about anything other than to answer all of our questions and provide advice, we were able to come up with a great solution. Once again everything turned out perfectly and I am happier to know that after so many years Jeffery continues to be the most patient and honest persons I've done business with. I cannot thank him enough.
If anyone was like me 10 years ago stressing out about purchasing "the ring" or really any piece of jewelry you care about, Jeffery will ensure that your experience will be smooth and that you'll come away feeling like you got exactly what you wanted. When my engagement ring of 31 years broke and the diamond fell out, I was so nervous to trust my ring with just anyone.
