I came here on the weekend during their annual sale, and it was crazy crowded. They were out of the climbing harness I wanted but had the climbing shoes I was looking for. The guy working in the climbing section was really knowledgeable and helpful. In general, I'm really impressed with the quality of employees at all the Malibu's I've been to so far. The check out line was really long (because of the annual sale), but it moved fairly quickly considering. Parking was really easy as they have a big lot.

Where else can you go to really get all your outdoor rec gear? Although the regular prices seem a bit high (I got a bag for $45 in the store, the same bag on Amazon was $30). BUT, they offer regular 20% coupons if you're a member and they offer a generous return policy. The service is also really great here!

Kira, the owner is great! I bought a pair of 3Sixteens there and a few months into wearing it, some of the stitching came apart unexpectedly.Emailed him and they said to bring it in and they took care of it free of charge.Even offered to mail it to me complimentary so I didn't have to go back down to the store to pick it up. Top class.
