We ordered tile right when they changed their production facility. There were production delays and then the color was wrong and they re-made the tiles. The tile installer is working on the install today and it turns out the tile sizes differ from tile to tile. He’s frustrated about it. We saved for years and years to do this bathroom remodel. I’m not so sure about B&W tile since it changed ownership and production. Wouldn’t do this again, knowing what I now know.

I came to B&W Tile from vendors telling me what could not be done and from my first conversation with a very capable Cindy I only heard "yes we can". I had nearly given up before B&W and in one call I had samples arranged which were exactly what I needed. My installer realized he was missing certain corner pieces. He called me after he unsuccessfully tryng 3 different vendors. A call to B&W had exactly what he needed and flawlessly added them to my original order with no additional delay.
