Cindy Arriaga was above average in competence and helpfulness when we were looking for vintage tile unavailable from other vendors. She got us what we needed on a timely basis despite holiday scheduling and closures. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for similar services and extraordinary results.

Very positive experience with B&D Tile. Cindy assisted me with matching a green color from the 1950’s and lead time was only 1 week. Highly recommended for your retro tile needs.

B & W Tile is every designer who does Restoration's best friend. I do not know how I would do bathrooms and kitchens without them. So, so grateful they exist and continue to make this tile in colors and shapes that link us to our architectural past.

Review:

We were very excited to restore our mid century bathroom this summer, so we ordered a significant amount of 4x4 pink tiles on June 13, 2022 with an ETA of 10-12 weeks. It is now January 4, 2023 (7 months later) and we have yet to receive said tiles. We have called and emailed multiple times asking for updates and every time, we are told "they should ship in about 2-3 more weeks" (after being on hold for 10+ minutes each time we call). Clearly we have never been given an accurate shipping timeline, since we have been told this since September 2022 and have yet to receive the tiles we ordered back in June 2022...I'm not typically one to write negative reviews, but I wanted to make others aware of this company's terrible customer service. We certainly will not be giving them our business for our future bathroom renovations... ETA: We had a bit of a mix-up with our order arriving yesterday (only half of it showed up on the pallet). We contacted the manager, Alex, and he corrected everything very quickly. Very pleased with the way this mix-up was handled.

Outstanding selection of tile and marble and other hard surface material. I needed to repair cracked tiles in my 1939 Bathroom and they had the color and the size in stock that I needed to restore the original look.
