Five Points is AWESOME! We are repeat customers. We have used Five Points for window installation on our previous home and now for windows and doors in our current home. Most recently 5 Points completed installation of several windows and a slider. Chris met with us at our home more than once to ensure we were choosing the best windows / slider for our space. The crew was professional with an eye for detail and always left the job site clean at the end of the day. The finish carpentry work on the interior (window casings and stoops) is beautiful. We highly recommend Five Points! Thanks!

Review:

After living many years on a traffic busy street we decided to "Invest" in double pane windows. After doing my product and supplier research I selected 5 points windows and doors at 23032 Normandie Ave, Torrance. We were expecting pressure sales and confusing information. I am very happy to say we got no pressure, just solid guidance and excellent information that answered all of our questions. Chris Eastburn was the gentleman who guided us, and we now have new double pane windows and doors installed and we are loving them! They actually do everything Chris said they would do. Our noise level is down to practically zero and the temperature comfort level is great as well. All in all a great experience, and quiet night's sleep. One more thing Chris is a man of word and has high integrity, they did all they promised and more.

Chris is one of the best guys you can meet. We asked him to give us an estimate to replace our bathroom window. We thought it was broken, but only the side panels had issues. He fixed it for free.

Needed to update our 60 year old front door and wanted to source a new one locally. Dropped into Five Points and spoke to Chris who was able to answer all my questions and find exactly the right door for us. They had samples of everything in the warehouse and I was able to make a decision very quickly and place an order. Chris said it would take to 3 to 4 weeks for the door to come in and that’s all it took. The installer, Johnny, took the time to do absolutely everything right and make sure the door was in perfect working order. Everything was done exactly the way I requested and without error! Highly recommend!
