I highly recommend M1 patio covers! We weren't sure where to place our cover since we have a raised foundation and a ground level ADU, but Bob came in and immediately had the vision. He designed our custom patio cover and executed it to perfection! Once they started work, Bob & the guys were quick and efficient, and even installed all the lighting, fans, and outdoor TV. We wanted to cover our front patio to make it usable space but were concerned that the expansion would not tie into the style and character of our 1930’s home. We requested and rejected several bids mainly due to aesthetics. When we spoke with Robert he was confident he could tie in the rooflines and keep the character of the house and we were convinced. Along the way Robert found and remediated a few things we weren’t aware of and added some great enhancements such as the LED accent lighting. The end result is amazing and we frequently get compliments on the enhancement.The front patio is now a favorite place to hang out with family and friends. Robert and his team did an excellent job for us in a very timely and professional manner and we highly recommend them.

Hired M1 to build a trellis patio cover for our backyard. We were referred by friend who had used them for their cover and were very happy. Glad we went with Bob.
