This was the second time I took my BMW to the Coast MBZ BMW in the past two years and both times I have been very satisfied with the services that I received from Justin there.
I found Justin to be very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Each time, Justin quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle and promptly informed me of the results and his plan for fixing the car as well as the expenses involved.
This last time, having diagnosed the issue, he proactively looked up the warranty of the defective part, and using the warranty replaced the mentioned part and repaired the car.
I highly recommend this business for car repair.

I've been taking my Mbz for service and repairs to Justin for years now. He's always very carrying, very helpful and very professional. Thyre are not enough words to describe how happy i am that i have a mechanic that i can trust anytime my car stops working. It is a 2008 model but is still on the road thx to the good work put in by the team at MBZ Coast. Thank u:)
